Unlike other entrepreneurs, Avi has obtained his licenses from local and international trade organizations and currently, he holds NADCA, IKECA, and FDNY certificates. Mr. Shendy enforces continuing education and training of his employees to achieve higher results and greater customer satisfaction.

As the Head of our Marketing Department, Simon Teyer manages the external communications with our partners and leads the development of our marketing strategy. He contributes to the development of our long term relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors and explores innovative approaches to reach out to prospective customers. Not only does Simon has proven success in new service planning and establishing customer relationship, but he has also implemented retention programs to effectively target and leverage sales utilizing different resources and communication channels. With a strong background in sales, he has developed business continuity plans resulting in increased company reputation. Simon’s greatest strength is his creativity; he thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. His most recent project involved a strategic partnership with Institute of Culinary Education and Amtrak. Simon’s continuous efforts and professional experience as a salesman have positioned United Air Duct and Hood Cleaning as a leader in the industry for the last ten years.

As a site manager Mike’s main responsibilities are to oversee all the jobs of the daily schedules and guarantee that each of them is completed in accordance to international and local standards. Mike maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment for our customers and stuff by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with FDNY, NADCA and IKECA regulations. Not only does his professionalism and knowledge in the industry have contributed to the success of his team, but along with his ability to establish and maintain high staff morale, sound leadership and teamwork, he has transformed our corporate culture into one whose highest values are quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction. He actively participates in the implementation of the company’s strategic plans as communicate directly with all departments to assure the completion of each service on timely manner. Mike constantly enforces on-site training sessions for his team and suggestions for improvements of working techniques and implemented cleaning methods. Mr. Tugendder’s greatest strength is to foresee the development of each project and take corrective measurements when needed.

Desi started at United Air Duct and Hood Cleaning as an office assistant, where five years later her career took a different path and currently she is an office manager. Desi’s exceptional communication and problem solving skills turn her into a leader. Over the years, she has worked to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction. Her commitment and great results are appreciated not only from her staff, but our customers as well. She is responsible for the development of our long term relationships with current and potential accounts. At present time, Desi takes a lead of one of several projects with Buffalo Wild Wings and National Amusements, Inc. Not only does Desi conduct the daily operation of our office, but she contributes to a productive working environment setting her staff for a great success. Her proactive approach is one of the many great characteristics of Desi’s that set her apart and guarantees the completion of any assignment she undertakes.
